Ziba is an internationally recognized design firm helping businesses innovate and win in the marketplace. The new three-story building includes office space at the second and third floors and retail/tenant space at the ground and third floors. The structure consists of composite steel / braced frame/ masonry on drilled concrete pier foundation. The highly architectural nature of this building required creative structural solutions.
