Built in two phases, the Tigard Triangle Commons project involves construction of two Class A, two-story, concrete tilt up buildings totaling over 130,000 sf, a two level post-tensioned concrete parking structure, and a perimeter building entry facade to the site. The project is located near the southbound Interstate 5 off-ramp to Haines Road in Tigard.
