The Summer Linn Center is a four-story class "A" office building. The overall height and floor-to-floor height of the building was increased for additional flexibility and increased daylighting. Glass runs full height at the building corners and the lobby entrance. The exterior of the building is finished with brick and precast concrete. The construction consisted of composite steel beams with concrete on metal deck and special steel moment frames for lateral resistance.
