An open dynamic office building that includes multimedia conference rooms, flexible workspaces, and an expansive atrium for natural light and views. Adjacent wings of the building are connected by glass sky bridges. The lateral structural system for both portions of the building consisted of steel special moment-resisting frames. The connecting sky bridges presented a particularly challenging design condition as the support solutions had to accommodate the building drifts.
