Pudgy's Restaurant in Seaside, Oregon is a 2-phase renovation and addition to an existing Broiler and Bar restaurant.  The new structures are 2-level buildings consisting of structural steel and wood-framing.  Special steel moment frames and special reinforced masonry walls at the perimeter provide the lateral force resisting system.
