Peterkort III, the build-to-suit, 83,000 sf, 3 story Surgi-Center-Medical Clinic, with a daylight lower level and 6 level parking structure, completes the 12 acre master plan for the Peterkort development. The structural system for the medical clinic is similar to the previous buildings. The parking garage uses precast concrete double tees and precast concrete shear walls.
