This six story 146,000 s.f. office building is the second phase of a proposed three building development on a 12 acre site. It consists of a parking level below the building and an adjacent two-level parking deck. The entry lobby soars a full 2-stories and includes high-grade wood finishes to create an upscale atmosphere. The structural system is composed of composite steel beams, special moment-resisting steel frames, and special concentric braced frames on a geopier foundation.
