
The project offers a total of 272,000
SF with over a hundred condominium units
ranging in size from around 500 SF to more
than 2,000 SF. It will provide the area
with 10,000 SF of retail space and a new
publicly accessible spa/health club. All
parking requirements for the development
will be met by below ground garage. The
structure consists of post-tensioned floors
above grade, reinforced concrete two-way
slabs below grade and concrete shear walls.
