AAI Engineering was the structural engineer-of-record for the new 55,000 SF three-story corporate headquarters. One of Oregon’s first green buildings, the project embodies the company's contemporary image while making a minimal impact on the environment. Special attention was given to the aesthetics of the many exposed structural elements.
