Ferguson Enterprises Inc. is a supplier of plumbing supplies, pipes, valves, fittings and HVAC equipment. They are ranked by trade publications as the largest distributor of plumbing supplies and the third largest distributor of HVAC equipment in the United States. AAI Engineering provided the structural design services for the mega-size highbay distribution centers in Richland, Washington and Waterloo, Iowa. The structural systems for both facilities consisted of concrete tilt-up wall panels, steel joists/girders and insterior steel braces.
