Ecola Square, an existing 22,000 square foot landmark building in Cannon Beach, has been entirely renovated to feature 4 retail spaces on the ground floor and 7 condominiums on the second floor. Structural work included new steel transfer beams, new wood framed infill, new decks, new covered carports, new rear entrances and a completely upgraded lateral system. The new foundation elements are supported on grade beams and micro piles. The ground floor tenant spaces remained open for business during the remodel and many of the original architectural features of the original building were retained and enhanced.
