Central City Concern purchased the Biltmore Hotel from the PDC and contracted the rehabilitation of the building. The renovated building has 76 units of Single Room Occupancy housing with a ground floor commercial space located at NW Sixth and Everett. This historic restoration project included seismic upgrades and has been enthusiastically received by the Old Town History Project and the neighborhood's land use review committee. The project was completed without displacing current tenants.
