Bandon Dunes has been ranked the number 2 Public Golf Course in the USA by Golf Magazine and was a 1999 top project in the Daily Journal of Commerce. AAI Engineering was responsible for the structural design of the main clubhouse, maintenance building, pro-shop, and several multi-plex accommodation units. All structural systems were composed primarily of timber framing and required special detailing to maintain stringent architectural aesthetics.
