Two multi-story L-shaped buildings developed as speculative class A office space for the AmberGlen campus. Tenant improvements include individual and open offices, and conference rooms. The structural systems for both buildings included composite steel beams, steel columns and steel special moment-resisting frames on a conventional shallow foundation.
